We are based in Invercargill, New Zealand and exist to support each other in our mutual interest in all things relating to geology and lapidary work.

Our members like to collect rocks and minerals, and many also like to work them by tumbling, cutting, polishing etc. to make works of art, jewellery, toki.

Club meetings are on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, at the Seminar Room at First Church, 155 Tay Street, Invercargill.
[Visitors are welcome.]

Field trips are on the 4th Sunday of each month to collect rocks or to visit a place of geological or lapidary interest. [You need to be a member to attend our field trips.]

If you are interested in learning more about rocks, fossils, minerals, geology, working rocks/minerals into forms of jewellery, cutting, polishing, and tumbling rocks, or just making new friends who share your hobby, this is the club for you.
